Includes 4-hour event with additional 1-hour setup prior to event and 30-minute cleanup following event commencement = 5.5 hours

Example :

  • Setup: 10am-11pm

  • Event: 11pm-3pm

  • Cleanup: 3pm-3:30pm

(80 people X $35 =$2,800 minimum)

Friday-Saturday-Sunday
$40 per person

(80 people X $40 =$3,200 minimum)

*Less than 80 people are allowed. However, there is the minimum charge that covers up to 80 people.

Children 4 years and younger are free and not counted in the guest count.

Date Reservation Deposit- 

Holds event date and time and generates Venue Rental Contract.  Upon receipt of Venue Rental Contract Packet, Client will have 10 days to review, sign, and return. Reservation deposit becomes non-refundable and deposit amount will be applied to event venue rental total remaining balance.

Venue rental typically runs from the end of May through the middle of September, weather permitting.
